International Orders

❌ Cancellations & Address Updates

Need to make a change?
You can cancel or update your order within 24 hours of placing it — free of charge.

📧 Email us at osatheory@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Cancel My Order” or “Address Update.”

Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make modifications.


🚚 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail, the package may be returned to us — please keep an eye on your tracking updates to ensure smooth delivery.


📸 Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind every Motema creation.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it quickly and free of charge.

Please email us with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the damaged item

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped right away.
